This exclusive event brings together the craftsmanship of small-batch distilling and the creativity of the Walla Walla Steak Co – Woodinville culinary team. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a different Copperworks spirit — from their flagship whiskey to seasonal gins — for a tasting experience that’s both refined and distinctly Northwest.

Jason Parker, Copperworks’ President and Co-founder, will be your guide for the evening, sharing the story and flavor behind each pour.
